Positive: Location is very nice - handy for trips to Hawes or Wensleydale in general. Cottage has a nice living room, fireplace and rear patio. Compact but enough room to do what you need to. All instructions provided, wifi works, kitchen items are complete and plentiful.

Negative: You may have to compromise on being able to park next to house but it's not a big deal. Found that the fridge buzzes quite noisily sometimes and the freezer drawer is broken. Other than that, not too many downsides. Consider a drying solution too if you're going to provide a washing machine.

Summary: Nice cottage, good location
