Positive: breakfast ample and delicious made to order as we desired. quiet and interesting room. rain and damp and we would love to be there in the summer. hosts welcoming and obliging making us feel very welcome. ideally located for our needs twixt reading and thatcham .

Negative: weather which none of us can alter
