Welcome to our lovely new Annex! A sister holiday home to our Shepherds Hut (Felly Hut). On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake.
A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two roomy bedrooms (one king and one double). It should be noted that the second bedroom is a mezzanine with sloping ceiling. There is a fantastic open living area (with woodburner) and a large outdoor decking space, with stunning countryside views. It's really a home away from home with all the neccessary amenities and home comforts.
There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - water sports, walking, cycling, going to the beach and visiting the Eden Project. We are warm welcoming hosts, always keen to offer our local advice and help.
Please note, our Annex is located within a barn and directly attached to our home. You will have your own front door off from a shared entrance and you will have sole use of your decking area.
