Jutes House is a town house in the Heavitree area of Exeter, it has a high street with pubs, restaurants and shops 2 minutes walk from the house. The city centre is approximately 10 minutes by bus or 25-30 minute walk.
The accommodation consists of 3 x double bedrooms, each with double beds. Two bathrooms, one of the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The use of a cosy lounge, with TV and the use of amazon prime via a fire stick, books and games. A fully equiped spacious kitchen / dining room. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Street parking outside the house is available between 1600 and 1000. Between 1000 and 1600 there are restrictions, however free parking can be used one street away.

Summary: We loved our one-week stay there, everything was clean and tidy, the professional gas-stove was a treat to work on, nice and silent neighbourhood, communication with the host was very good, free parking in front of the house at the weekends, during the weeks on the nearby Chard-Rd.We will certainly come back!
