Positive: Good facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped and served us well. On site off road parking though the access was difficult to get to at times. Beds were comfortable enough. Good shower facilities.
Negative: There was a smell of cigarettes even though there were signs for non-smoking. This was especially noticeable in the bathroom. The front door is half glass on the top half. This meant that the street light shines through the door at night. This meant that the sofa bed needed to be moved further from the entrance to avoid the light shining on to it at night.
