You'll have access to enter the private room situated in the well-lit and warm basement through a private entrance on the left side of the house which connects directly from the driveway to the backyard.
The area is a popular lively location for thriving restaurants, bars & shops. 10 mins drive to Old Trafford, Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester Museum.

Large room with double bed and cosy sofa. This good size room also comes with fitted wardrobes, a TV, and a reading chair in the corner which makes you feel more comfortable staying in our cosy room. A working desk and a chair are also provided in the room for our guests to help you stay productive while out of the office.
You are more than welcome to use the kitchen including kitchen appliances and tableware shared with some other guests. Please also feel free to enjoy your meal at the dining table and relax yourself with the garden view :)
The private bathroom comes with a toilet, a sink, a bathtub and a shower. There is also a washing machine for guests to be used positioned in the bathroom.

1. Please make sure you check your email account that you use to log in to Airbnb after making a booking as you will be sent a door code a few days before your arrival for your self-check-in lockbox.

2. Check-in is after 14:00 & Check out is at 11:00.
