Positive: Really liked the bed and nearby area.

Negative: The staff at reception was not friendly at all, no smiling faces and not welcoming. One of them sounded quite rude as well. The house keeping staff on the other hand was excellent. The shower area had hair sticking to the wall from previous occupants.
