Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Have stayed here in the past and always been good rooms nice comfortable and good location for train into centre. Easy walk to nice bars and restaurants.

Negative: I travel a lot and always take a Firestick to watch Amazon and Netflix and have always been able to attach to the hotel TV. This time however the TV's have all been locked to only allow the hotel tv stations and when I enquired at reception I was told that it was policy and that was that. Shame as it will stop me staying again. Other hotel groups such as Marriot always allow connection or screen mirroring. Business travel is a necessity but better when you can utilise technology for entertainment
