Summary: Very tired rooms I’m need of a refurb. Overpriced food. Additional costs for the Spa not communicated to us upon arrival. Felt the hotel was trying to maximise our spend for very average food, facilities and service. They can’t charge a premium rate for such tired rooms so therefore try to make us spend a lot on overpriced food and hidden spa access costs. Many of the showers were also not working in the spa. We won’t be back
