A delightful, bright and airy first-floor one-bedroom apartment with pretty floor to ceiling French doors, having access from the apartment to two small balconies with a view of a classic London garden square. The flat is located in the heart of Pimlico which is ideally placed for easy access to all the tourist attractions, theatres and the West End.
The flat is in an early nineteenth century converted Georgian white stucco house with original wooden shutters and high ceilings. The flat is tastefully furnished and comprises a living room/dining area with wooden floors, bedroom, kitchen and shower room. In the living/dining room there is a flat-screen colour TV, DVD/CD player and a sofa bed which can accommodate one adult or two small children plus a dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas cooker, microwave oven and refrigerator.
The bedroom has a five-foot King-sized bed(Queen in the US), ample wardrobe space and French doors onto a small balcony with a view of Warwick Square.
There is a modern shower room with wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. There is a separate laundry room, containing a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. This room can also be used for storing luggage.
