Summary: Nice cottage in good location for town and beach but needs some TLC.Paintwork peeling in several rooms ,Towel rail rusty in bathroom,Lacking a microwave in kitchen,Gas Safe certificate out of date by3 months.Several more things but only small faults could be a lovely cottage with more upkeep.
