The Barn is a very spacious single-story cottage situated behind our smallholding with it's own private lawned garden and patio for you to enjoy. It backs directly onto Dartmoor and has its own private parking area by The Barn
From the front stable door you enter into the large kitchen/dining room which has all the mod cons, a washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, slim line dishwasher, Neff electric double oven and hob, ironing board, iron, toaster and kettle. To the left you enter into a large sitting room with a lovely wood burner, 3 seater leather sofa and chair, flat screen TV and DVD player, and music station. The French doors open onto the patio area. Turn right from the kitchen into a small passageway and on the right you have a well-equipped tiled wet room with a walk in power shower with seat, a bath toilet and sink. Carry on down the passage and you enter the bedroom with its large luxurious 6ft bed and large wardrobe.
The sheltered garden can be reached by the path at the front of The Barn or from the French doors. It has a patio area with table, chairs and umbrella and a lawned area facing out onto our field. You might have a visit from one of our many chickens, or from one of our inquisitive feral cats. We also have horses, dogs and sometimes pigs.
The Barn is fully equipped, with oil fired central heating, free WiFi, duvet, linen and towels and included in the price, all you need to do is enjoy your stay.
