Positive: The area, close to Touchwood and mum's care home, the reason we stay here,. Great breakfast. Kettle and biscuits in room very welcome. Nice environment.

Negative: The pillows and bed were very hard. Might suit some people. The room was next to the lifts so lift noise until the early hours. We had very little sleep.
