Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was perfect for a North Wales trip, just minutes walk from everything in Betws y coed and only half hour drive from Snowdon. Easy access, plenty of parking for 3 cars. Spacious and warm with the bonus of the fireplace. Hot tub was nice and big, outdoor lighting was lovely!

Negative: Definitely a mould problem throughout the house. We were warned that there was mould by the fireplace but unfortunately there was quite a lot in the bedrooms and bathroom. The information in the pack was also slightly out of date as things weren't where they were stated such as the first aid kit and there was no washing machine tablets. Also 4 rolls of toilet roll is not an appropriate amount for 4 people for 4 days.

Summary: Lovely but not luxury
