1 Bedroom Cottage in Ashford, Great Chart

Nestled in the peaceful Kent Countryside between the villages of Pluckley and Great Chart, you will find Rose End Cottage. Within the private grounds of a c15th century farmhouse behind electric gates, this small but cozy, contemporary cottage consists of a four-poster double bedroom, kitchen and toilet/shower room. The pool house lounge, beside the cottage, overlooks the swimming pool and has a sofa and 43inch Freesat HD TV. The pool house lounge will be available exclusively for cottage guests. At the Pool House there is a Kitchen and Toilet/Shower Room and an open air Pool Bar and Decking area with seating (bring your own drinks). The cottage makes an ideal romantic getaway for a couple.
Outside the cottage, the white picket fence all around affords seclusion from the main house and offers seating at the front and seating/dining at the rear of the cottage. In colder weather the electric log fire makes the cottage a comfortable retreat. The bedroom overlooks a natural pond where wild ducks frequent in spring and summer. There are views of the paddocks and the ponies from the kitchen and the rear seating area. There is a path around the largest paddock to walk your dog.
There is also an outdoor swimming pool*, gym* and snooker room* that will be made available at no extra charge! It is also possible to borrow mountain bikes at no extra charge**! At the poolside is the pool house with a lounge for the exclusive use of cottage guests. There are also alfresco dining areas and sun loungers available for guests to use.
You are welcome to bring your dog if they mix safely with other dogs. We have 2 dogs of our own that run freely. If in doubt please contact Kevin or Rebecca before you arrive, thanks.
