Positive: Nice big cottage for family of 4. Very quiet area with not many houses around. Good facilities in the property.

Negative: It's a farm driveway. So anyone with low clearance on a car might struggle. Family saloons are ok. You will need a car as it is in a rural location. The instructions around which of the multiple bins to use needs to be clarified.
