Positive: Well equipped, cosy, easy to get to. A great base to travel from. Tennis court went down a treat. Lovely welcome package.

Negative: Shower screen seal not working properly, so a bit leaky. Not a problem but needs attention in the near future.

Summary: Excellent value, easy and cosy, a no fuss stay.
