The city of Exeter is 10 miles away, the long golden sandy beach of Dawlish Warren is 2 miles away and the bustling resort of Torquay is 12 miles, it is also only 15 miles from Dartmoor National Park
Parking is on road immediately outside but there are only 7 properties in the Close so vehicle movements are very few
