Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The flat was spacious, clean and kitchen well equipped. Very close to local shops.

Negative: We arrived, the flat was very cold as the heating is electric wall heaters in each room which were not on. The heater in the lounge didn’t work, a fan heater was supplied, which was noisy. The owner was contacted and an electrician came on our second ( and last night). The heating was rectified. The boiler hot water capacity didn’t run more than half a bath full before becoming tepid. There was three of us staying so not enough hot water. I had tepid showers two nights in a row. The shower in the bathroom was poor, but there was an en-suite shower which was nice, better if the water was hot. Note the immersion heater to the hot water didn’t work.

Summary: This place has great potential to get better ratings. Just a few tweaks to get there. I wouldn’t book again based on the
