Positive: We had an excellent experience with Hikotts Homes. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and communication throughout was fast and responsive. The house itself was in great condition, in a brilliant location, and had far more amenities than we’ve found in most other properties — everything we needed was already there, which made the stay effortless. We also accidentally left a high-value laptop behind. They contacted us immediately, arranged safe postage back, and handled the whole thing with genuine care. We can’t thank them enough for that. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be booking again next year when we return to exhibit at the ExCeL.
