Our bach is a 5min stroll to the beach. Cooks Beach is a safe swimming beach for the whole family and there are great estuaries at both ends to explore. This property has a large deck area with outside table and chairs, perfect for having a glass of wine on at the end of the day while the kids have a game of cricket on the large fully fenced section. Located in a quiet street with no through traffic and with a walkway to the shops this makes a perfect family retreat. There are two lounges and two TVs with DVD players so everyone can watch what they want. There is also a large stack of board games there for you to enjoy. Parking is no problem with a large concrete driveway, you can even bring the boat. Cooks Beach is conveniently located 10mins drive from Cathedral Cove and Hahei. Only 15mins to Hot Water Beach where you can dig a natural hot pool on the beach at low tide. There is also a passenger ferry to Whitianga 5mins away with lots of other attractions. Special conditions: Smoking outside only and properly dispose of all butts. House to be left in a tidy condition with rubbish put into appropriate bins on the property and dishwasher on.
