Sitting on the dramatic North Devon coastline within Exmoor National Park, Coastal Path Cottage enjoys a stunning cliff top location with views out to sea and across the moorlands while benefitting from direct access to the South West Coast Path. It has its own private secure garden and offers an exceptional setting to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the stunning local beaches. A triple aspect living room has direct sea views leading out to a sunny conservatory and out into the large enclosed garden. The garden has 3 different seating terraces and a log cabin with wood burner and stunning sea views. The lounge has TV with full Sky Package and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There are 2 bedrooms both with moorland views. The large master bedroom has patio door leading out to the garden with superking size bed and flat screen TV with dvd. The second bedroom is made up as 2 singles. The large luxury bathroom has a large walk in shower with 2 shower heads with a separate bath and shower attachment. There is garage storage with extra freezer space . Water is supplied from natural spring and electricity is supported by solar panels. Two dogs are very welcome and we supply throws and towels for our four legged visitors

Summary: This was our second time in this cottage, we had such a fabulous time last year that we booked again, and for a longer period immediately on our return. The property is beautifully kept and comfortably laid out and furnished. Every little thing has been thought of. I enjoyed walking with our two dogs directly from the cottage, my husband liked watching the world go by from the comfort of the sitting room and every now and then we took ourselves off to one of the myriad places of interest nearby. We loved it so much and too so many people that two of our friends have since booked themselves, and had really lovely holidays too,
