Positive: The location is just a few minutes walking distance from the beach.Well-equiped kitchen, large terrace, big appartment, very very clean: no dust anywhere, clean towels&bedsheets!

Negative: The showers in both bathrooms have a drain problem because of the amount of sand everybody brings back from the beach.., As the beach doesn't even have a shower, it would be important to be able to clean our feet someplace before entering the block... as all sand comes in the room and ... in the room showers and most probably damages all the drain pipes.
