Summary: We were allocated a disabled room which was not what was booked through Hotel's. com. We were also lead to believe that the underground car park was included in the price as was the case when I stayed here before on several occasion,in stead we had to pay an additional fee. The hotel is also going through restorations although we had been told this at time of booking.
