This is a Victorian town house with rooms over four floors. You enter at the ground floor level where you find the kitchen and then walk across the bottom of the stairs to living room.
Outside the living room is the pebble garden for sitting out and the park area just in front.
Below the kitchen you access the Utility room and WC by a set of stairs in the corner.
Go upstairs to the first floor and you will find the house bathroom next to the office and opposite is the master king-size bedroom with views onto the park area.
Up another flight of stairs you will find the attic rooms - a double bed in the dormer bedroom and the twin bedded velux room.

Please be aware that there are four flights of stairs. Stair gates are provided at the ground floor level at the bottom of the main stairs and at the top of the cellar stairs. These are for safety where there are no doors to stairs and also to enable you to restrict access for your four legged friends, who we request remain in the ground floor and cellar areas only and do not have access to the bedrooms.
