Positive: Great location, lovely property, enclosed garden, off street parking, warm and comfortable (with easy to operate thermostat!), gorgeous conservatory dining room, very comfortable bed, easy walking in to town and down to the river, max 10 minute walk to large co-op (and B&M if you need it) 20 min walk to train station (then1/2 hour train journey to Lincoln)......the list goes on!

Negative: Being very picky - I do like a good size bath towel. They could be a bit bigger.

Summary: Great house - comfortable and cosy
