Imposing three story property just off the Eldon Square in the heart of Dolgellau. Ground Floor has two easy access en-suite bedrooms one being a disabled room with an electric bed. Dining to seat over 40 with french doors out on to an enclosed patio area with BBQ's and six picnic tables plus the option to set up and outdoor ping pong table. The fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for group catering. Two double ovens, twin hobs, three large fridge freezers and two dishwashers. Lounge has full Sky TV package with all the sports which can be directed through a projector. Loads of sofas plus a games area with a pool table, fussball and a shuffleboard table.
Upstairs there are 8 more en-suites and 7 other bedrooms that can be set up as double or twin plus a children's room with four solid bunk beds.
