Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (the half bath is located in the pool area), we have space for up to 10 guests, making our place the perfect spot for families, friends, and group travel! Located in an exclusive area within Surfside, our modern home has designer details throughout including a custom-built sparkling private swimming pool.
Inside, there are air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout the home as well as extra-large windows for great ventilation and allows for natural lighting to shine in. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to make a home-cooked meal and plenty of space to enjoy it with your group. It’s outfitted with granite countertops and wood cupboards top to bottom providing ample storage. Our open concept living room and each of the bedrooms all open to the large exterior terrace through large sliding glass doors. Enjoy a great night`s rest in our three bedrooms, each with super comfortable beds and plush linens.
Outside, you’ll love sipping on a cup of coffee from the backyard by the pool or taking a dip at night after a long day of exploring the city. With multiple entertaining areas both inside and out, our home will be the cherry on top of your stay in beautiful Costa Rica.
We’re located just two blocks walking distance to Playa Potrero and walking distance to multiple markets and restaurants. The beautiful community of Playa Potrero is located along the northwest Pacific coast of Guanacaste, surrounded by gorgeous rolling hills, diverse wildlife, and tropical vegetation. Turquoise waters stretch the length of white sand beaches of the bay area. Be sure to bring your camera to capture glorious sunsets!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-Security cameras: two looking at the front of the house (street), one looking at the garage, two looking at the barbecue area and side garden, one looking at the pool
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- There are security cameras set up outside of the home that are only active in between guest stays when the house is empty. There are no interior cameras whatsoever.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
