Positive: - the room looks like in the pictures with good design and decent quality overall on materials used in the rooms and overall on the property, except that "typical" cheap silicone around the shower area, which you would not expect at this price and overall design - everything is in good shape , since the property is only 2 years old, except the black paint chipped in many area on the shower and sink faucet - generally the staff was polite

Negative: Mistakes can happen but it's how you treat the customer that will matter the most: - room was supposed to have a lake view we got a parking view with no excuse - we arrived around 7.00 pm and the manager realized smiling that "oooh, room 2, we have the Nepalese there... ". so without even apologizing to us for this strange situation he told the cleaning women to get them out and clean the room asap. He said it will take another 45 min - 1 hour at least "but you can wait outside , I think we have 1 small table for 2 in the garden." We went outside, it was pretty crowded at the restaurant, but the table did not have any chairs..., so we waited a while and ordered than at the bar some drinks which arrived before the chairs :D after about 1 hour the room was ready , there was no excuse or anything, so we took the card and got inside the room. Surprise: there was small cut hair on the bathroom sink and area around it near the mirror with hair (you don want to think from what body parts :)) on the floor ). we got the manager upstairs and again without even an excuse , he smiled and said that he will send the cleaning woman. we have him the feedback for the overall situation: mistakes can happen and any rational client will understand as long as there is a high quality customer orientation, but in this case he did not apologize, did not offer some complimentary drinks or even a meal or water or any small gesture , having this mess and the fact that it was 8.00 pm and check in starts at 3.00 pm He said "ooh you are right, I will offer you if you want drinks or a meal even, something" Of course we told him we don't want anything as is too late now for any politeness on this matter. We took the feet shower towel an cleaned all the floor in the room, see the pictures of the "result".
