Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: New property, comfy beds, big (common) kitchen. If you travel by car, it's super easy to get to it. Lovely view. The owner is a lovely person who wants everyone to have a good time at the property.

Negative: It's right by a European road so really noisy, if your room faces the road. And speaking of, if you don't have a car and need to get to Avrig on foot, you can't b/c it's not allowed nor safe to walk by a European road. Before you ask cabs work from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. In a city... The description made me think we'd have a mini kitchen in the room... not a common kitchen. The double room with extra bed for adults is way way way way too cramped and small. That should not be sold as a triple for adults.

Summary: Affordable option but you'll sacrifice quite a bit
