Positive: The location is fantastic, as I was visiting family. Bus routes are just a 10-minute walk up the road so you can get to the city centre within 25-30 minutes. The bedrooms are probably the best rooms in the house, beds are very comfy and we had a good night's sleep.

Negative: The house had real potential, it just needs some TLC! The front door key is a bit rusty, and it was a bit hard to enter the front door. In the kitchen, there was no plug for the sink, which was an issue for me, as I have an 8-month-old baby and couldn't sterilise the bottles. Then the oven doesn't have any dials/numbers so you don't know what temperature or what the oven or grill is. We had already been food shopping so couldn't cook anything! Which meant getting takeaways (expensive). The microwave, has rust inside so I didn't want to use it. Upstairs in the bathroom, the light does not turn off, so it's on all the time! If you flush the toilet it runs all day, until I worked out that you have to press the flush button and bring it up slowly, for it to stop. The two-bedroom doors don't shut at all. The window in bedroom 1 at the front of the house doesn't have any nets in the window, so the curtains have to be shut if you're getting dressed. Downstairs in the front room, no net curtains so the curtains have to be shut if you don't want everyone looking in and it was very dark. Having a young child we thought we could use the garden and sit outside in the evenings. Don't bother it's all overgrown, there is a broken lawnmower and an old car tyre, rubbish 😑. The whole house needs a deep clean and the bits that need fixing and doing up. TLC
