Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was very good. Check-in was straightforward and so was check-out. Very clean and comfortable. Did not see any staff although full instructions were given via WhatsApp. Kitchenette was well equipped with washing liquid provided. Tea caddie was empty but I managed to stock up from the communal kitchen.

Negative: The blinds were not black out so woke up very very early every morning. No TV in bedroom or in the communal lounge downstairs. Sounds from the boiler were very loud and caused disturbances. Although I could see the garden from the room, there was no access to the garden. It wasn't made clear that refundable £100 is required until after I had book - to be returned 5-7 days after your stay. I'm still waiting for my refund and it has been 7 days after my stay!
