On arrival take the stairs to the first floor where you are greeted by the impressive light airy open plan living area with a large balcony, taking full advantage of the charming views over the countryside. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped and offers a large sociable space for your family meals. The sitting area has a contemporary wood-burner ideal for those chilly evenings. There is a welcoming snug with a TV, ideal to relax after a busy day.
On the ground floor you will find four spacious bedrooms, 2 x king-size (1 with en-suite shower), a twin, a single with full size bunk beds and a family bathroom.
Outside is a secluded decked area with furniture, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon drinks.
The gorgeous beach of Porthilly is on your doorstep, from here you can enjoy the coastal path that takes you round to the wonderful golden sandy beach of Rock, the watersports hub. Spend an exhilarating day on the water or simply relax on the beach taking in the fantastic views.
A 6 mile drive from Rock is the charming fishing village of Port Isaac with it's steep, narrow streets offering excellent restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries. This impressive village is famous for Doc Martin and the Fisherman Friends.
