Close to Criccieth's town centre, this North Wales cottage has a spacious kitchen, a wonderful dining area in front of the impressive bay window offering panoramic views, a bright and airy sitting room with a wall-mounted TV and a modern woodburner. From here, head outside to a south-facing terrace with views of Criccieth Castle and across Cardigan Bay to Harlech Castle. Three of the stylish bedrooms have sea views, including a super king-size master bedroom with access onto the terrace and a luxurious en-suite. The fourth bedroom features bespoke 'quad pod' adult-sized bunk beds with a wall-mounted TV and DVD player, making it perfect for little ones, teenagers and larger groups of adults. A large double garage can be used for the storage of watercraft and mountain bikes. To the rear is an enclosed lawn with children's play equipment, and a 5-person hot tub that also enjoys sea views. Criccieth offers sandy beaches, rocky coves and watersports, along with antique and craft shops, pubs and restaurants. It is home to the famous Dylan's art-deco restaurant, which is a 2 minute walk from this family cottage. Described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia', ths seaside town is 5 miles from Porthmadog. The 13th century castle is on a rocky outcrop, offering views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts have two beaches, whilst walkers and cyclists have the Snowdonia National Park. Relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms here at Criccieth. Further afield, Portmeirion's gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beaches and golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
