Cardigan 10 miles.
A most delightful detached Pembrokeshire cottage, full of charm and character.
Set in the idyllic hamlet of Star, ten miles from Cardigan, this cottage has wonderful countryside all around, and a pretty stream running past and under the bridge across the road.
The spacious sitting room of this cottage has two delightful sitting areas separated by the stairs, one set around the inglenook fireplace with warming woodburner and the other with French doors overlooking the garden.
An open archway leads to a very well-equipped kitchen with a stable door to let in the sunshine.
The stairs in the middle of the sitting room lead you directly into a charming mezzanine king-size bedroom with open beams, lovely floorboards, a slate windowsill, TV, and use of a screen for privacy if required.
The further two bedrooms in this cottage are equally charming.
The delightful enclosed garden runs along both sides of the cottage. There is a low wall and fence at the side so that you can enjoy the sight and sound of the small stream running alongside.
For a peaceful, relaxing holiday you will find no better place but you are also based in the perfect location to enjoy the nearby market town of Newcastle Emlyn, the coastal town of Cardigan, the fabulous coastline, sandy beaches, farm parks and, for those wanting a bit of excitement, Oakwood Theme Park, which is 22 miles away.
Take wonderful countryside walks or cycle rides from the doorstep knowing that at the end of your day you will be returning to this most delightful Pembrokeshire cottage.
