In the lovely seaside town of Tenby, you'll find The Boathouse, a modern masterpiece boasting a fantastic layout and some excellent features. Wonderfully suited for a family holiday, this property has two bedrooms and benefits from a shared lawned garden for the kids to run around, and is also close to the centre of town and the coast. Going in through the front door will bring you to the stylish kitchen decked in bright units and home to all the appliances you'll need, including a dishwasher. This space also has a breakfast table for four, and even has a utility cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, hidden behind a sliding cupboard door, showcasing the clever and well-thought design of the property. A ground-floor shower room sits across from the kitchen, featuring a large modern shower, while upstairs on the first floor you will find the family bathroom, where you can spend time soaking in the spacious tub drenched in the natural light from the Velux window. The first floor has a Cedar wood-panelled wall and flooring, exposed beams and ceiling windows, showcasing the reason for its namesake, giving this bright open space a warming and homely touch.
