There is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a shared bathroom facing the back of the property and to the front, with access via the living room, is a wonderful large sun room with rattan furniture, ideal for watching wildlife whatever the time of the year, or just enjoying a good book. Doors from the sun room lead through to the private decked area stretching out to the water's edge. The decking is ideal for alfresco dining, nature watching or just relaxing and sunbathing during the warmer months. When you can tear yourself away there is plenty to enjoy nearby, wonderful walking from your doorstep and cycling around country lanes, linking beautiful market towns and villages or hop in the car and visit historical, coastal and cultural places.
