Meadow Cottage, a single-storey barn conversion, sits on a charming working farm, three and a half miles from the stunning North Yorkshire market town of Kirkbymoorside. Boasting open-plan living with exposed beams and a woodburning stove, as well as displaying countryside views, this is a fabulous stay for friends and family to come and enjoy together. The market town of Kirkbymoorside is on the edge of the North York Moors, in between Helmsley and Pickering. It has variety of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants along with antique shops and a weekly market. The walking and scenery of the National Park are close by, as are the villages of Hutton-le-Hole and Lastingham. Pickering's North York Moors Steam Railway is a must do while Castle Howard, York, Whitby and the Yorkshire Coast are within easy distance.
