Newby Bridge 4 miles. This wonderful, stone-built detached cottage is located on the outskirts of the pretty village of Bouth, which has a traditional inn and is just four miles from Newby Bridge. This contemporary holiday home boasts superb furnishings and is set in an ideal location for discovering the Lake District, as well as the charming villages of Cartmel and Grange-over-Sands. The cottage boasts a stylish finish throughout and the cosy open plan living area has a woodburning stove. There is a superb bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a large window, views across the river to Gummer's How and an external door leading out to a secluded patio, with a hot tub and steps to an elevated decked area. Settle outside on the elevated patio and admire the views, or simply sit back and enjoy the quiet location before taking a gentle walk into the village. An abundance of walks and cycle routes are available right from the doorstep, whilst the Lake District fells, Grizedale Forest, Lake Windermere and Coniston Water are nearby.
