Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Very large garden with dedicated seating area and furniture. Zip wire and tennis court which are only shared by guests on the estate. Apple orchard where guests are welcome to pick apples. Beach is only 1.3 miles away and a lovely walk, storage is also available for bikes and kayaks. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 1.5 miles, beach 1.3 miles. Note: No more than four guests can be allowed. Note: The second bedroom is adjoining the main bedroom - you have to walk through the main bedroom to access.
