Negative: Poor lighting in the car park and no indication of where to knock The heating went of the first night and it was freezing, the duvet was a light weight one , the fan heater that was provided made a grating sound until I got used to it The night before my stay I had a call asking where I was and I explained that I was booked for the following two days. After I booked in the owner knocked on my door saying that she had left her mobile phone in my room this was after a 17 hour day. It turned out that she had left it on her sofa
