Positive: The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Also appreciated the fact that there was an iron and board in the room. Loved the shampoo and body wash provided.

Negative: Generally the room was clean, but there was dust and cobwebs down the side of the cupboard where we had to retrieve a lost item of clothing. Could have been more plug points for charging phones etc.
