Positive: I liked the provision of Hot Tub & Sauna, that added to the fact that this is a bungalow property are the only main draws that drew me to book this property as I was looking for somewhere suitable for one or two family members with disabilities, so it's all on the flat, ground floor with no steps or stairs to climb & completely self contained & self catering which we like & sleeps us all in separate bedrooms with two en suite bathroom &/or shower rooms with 2 toilets which is a real boon when sharing & getting ready especially in the mornings, etc.. The shower rooms are very nice & plush with the lighting & tiling :-) I love the corner sofa & lovely facilities in the garden to enjoy in good weather or even in not so good weather ! It's got a washing machine as well which is also a plus bonus :-) thank you Karl ! Plus free on street parking is good ! We always managed to get a space right outside :-)

Negative: I found this place extremely expensive, I paid £260 a night which I think is a lot but for some people that isn't too much. I understand it was peak season in early August & I understand these facilities which Karl, the host & owner has provided, all cost money do I understand him needing to recoup those costs although I still do think it is very expensive @ about £,1,314 for 5 nights. The price does put me off but even so I have booked to stay again next year ! Unfortunately due to our busy schedule there in Bournemouth, we only used the Sauna and hot tub once each which was such a shame but that's down to us not Karl or the place ! We could have used it as much as we liked. I had had to shorten my original 7 day booking to 5 days because we had to leave earlier than planned & Booking.com through whom I booked, really upset me very much indeed by putting the nightly rate up a lot & misled me. Apparently that's not Karl, the owner's fault, I tried to reach out to him by messaging & phoning him but he missed responding to my attempts to contact him, due to his busy life schedule but eventually he smoothed things out with me & was good considering the let down I'd had with the booking agents. My family ended up not being able to go so a friend came to join me there, he felt the place was a bit shabby in places, I didn't but I didn't but I see what he meant. It is not as luxurious as the photos denote or give the impression. The shower rooms are plush & I was very happy with the master bedroom, the sofa area & the garden & kitchen. Although there was no salad bowl for example, my friend complained haha ... Oh & there was no battery in the wall clock so it doesn't tell you the time. Upon arrival & entering, I have to say we felt a bit disappointed, I have to say, considering the expectations I had from the photos but it is nice, no major complaints really.
