Summary: We stayed at birdsong last spring for a few days and everything was superb and we were excited to return. Things had changed, carpets all rucked up, rug looked like it needed a wash, stains on bathroom floor, damaged bath mat and worst of all the mattress on king size bed that was outstanding last year had been changed for a far inferior one and so we had trouble sleeping. The radio we loved last year didn’t work and the Netflix and prime we enjoyed were no longer available. All in all a big disappointment.
