Summary: It's very strange to be placed in a room across the street, without any connection or contact with hotel staff. Furthermore, there was construction work next to our room window, and we had to walk through tools and people to access the stairs leading to the building. Despite this, considering the high cost of living in London, I would say it was a reasonable stay.
