Positive: Spacious accesible room . Offered a extra heater when said it was cold . Covers in wardrobe didnt have ask for them . Iron and iron board in room . Hardly any noise Did have a good sleep .

Negative: Room was cold . Having a lie in on saturday till 10am . Then some keep fit instructor starts a class at 9.30 music blaring screaming through her mike can hear every word . Fire alarm goes of at 1am false alarm . Took 20mins to switch off flashing red light in room . Other than that peaceful .never heard christmas party last night at other end but keep fit loud this morning .bed feels soft but you get used to it ..slept ok
