Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartment is located in a residential area, quiet and green, on a small inner street. It is 10-min access to the tube on foot, lots of buses in 1-min access. Lots of family-oriented restaurants and groceries in the area. The apartment is new and clean, equipped with washing machine. The bathroom is small, but comfortable.

Negative: It takes about 40 min - 1 hour to get to the city center (of cause, it is not owners problem, just take it into consideration when you rent). Our flat had no access to the garden listed in the property - I suppose it is for the guests from the basement floor, we were on the first one (one above ground). Washing machine has no drying option, and there is no place to dry clothes in the apartment. Although the apartment is listed as "two beds - one bed, one sofa", we got no sheets for the sofa, and had to negotiate it with the owner. We got some next day, but they did not match. It would be a nice touch to have extra waste bags and a broom in the apartment, just in case one needs to clean smth. The bins outside the house were not emptied for two or three days, I did not understand why. I do not think it is a failure of the property owners, but maybe it should be checked with the municipality, or more bins should be located there - we failed to find place for our waste. I rate the property as 8, since I think these tiny inconveniences may be easily fixed, and the property itself was good - we enjoyed the stay.
