The Byres, is situated in stunning countryside with easy access to Northumberland's magical coastline but also close to Hadrians Wall and Kielder Water. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen, lounge, utility room and 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can lay in bed and star gaze in this designated Dark Sky area, or enjoy sitting in the private garden admiring the views.

The house is situated at the end of a 3 mile single track road. As you enter the house there is a large utility room which hold the biomass boiler which heats the property and provides hot water. There also is a washing machine and tumble dryer in this area as well as lots of storage and hooks for hanging coats. This leads to the kitchen which looks out on to the secluded garden. There is a double oven, large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a TV and smart speaker. The lounge has comfortable seating for 6 people and a SMART TV. The Byres has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a super king sized bed, which can be split into two singles, plus a TV and SMART speaker. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a array of fitted wardrobe. Both these rooms are situated on the ground floor and share a bathroom which has a large walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Upstairs there is another bedroom, which has a kingsized bed, and a bathroom with small corner bath and separate shower plus wash hand basin and toilet.

Outside there are two garden areas both of which are secure and safe for children and pets. The inner garden, which is accessed from the kitchen, has a BBQ and dining area for six people and there is also some comfortable outdoor rattan furniture.

The nearest town is Bellingham which is about 20 minutes away and has a number of pubs and cafes, a supermarket, bakery, butchers, post office plus other general stores. There is a community pub, the Gun in Ridsdale, which is situated at the top of the road, 3 miles from the house.
