Positive: Good location to go North for ancient British sites or South to New Forest-but v quiet and lovely position with adjacent orchard and lawn down to Avon.

Negative: Extraction near to hob/oven to avoid risk of fire alarm.

Summary: An excellent choice-would recommend for a couple.
