Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on advance request), 1 x bunk with a pull out trundle bed, 1 x twin bedroom. Ground-floor bathroom, another bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front lawn, back garden with lawn, decking and furniture, an outdoor shower and storage for surfboards etc. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a pub, and within 0.3, a shop and beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A coastal getaway with sea views awaits at Atlantis! Note: This property does not accept adult only, stag or hen parties.

Note: The terrace is supplied with a water clearing brush, incase needed to clear after rain. Note: Check-in is from 4:00pm, check-out by 9:30am. Note: To use the outside dining table and chairs, the dining table extends to seat 8/10 comfortably.Green seat cushions are in the storage chest, along with recliner chairs & a parasol, please make sure they are all put back there before departure and the dining table and chairs are put as close to the house/ conservatory as possible, preferably with the chairs stacked so they are less likely to get blown around and damaged in strong winds.If any damage occurs to any of the outside furniture or you find it damaged please let John Bray & or the owner know.
